2009 Weekly rates:
June 27- September 5 - $1900.00
Reservations/Deposits/Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation with the balance due upon arrival. In addition, a damage deposit of $1000 is required and is 100% refundable provided there is no damage to the property.
7% Maine sales tax is additional.
Cancellations received more than 30 days before scheduled arrival will be refunded less a 10% handling fee or you may choose to have the full amount applied to a future stay. "Full" refund less the 10% handling fee for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date are possible only if we are able to re-rent your lodging. Please know we can make no exceptions to the above policy, as we will have turned away other guests.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is between 4-8pm on Saturday and check-out is 11am Saturday. Guests wishing to check-in earlier than 4pm or planning to arrive later than 8pm are asked to advise us so that a satisfactory welcome can be made.
